Welcome to Saltfold. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Saltfold is a trading name of Merch Panda Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15263948), registered office Unit F, 83 Lynch Lane, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 9DN, United Kingdom. Our VAT details are available on request.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. Prices and product availability can change without notice; if a product is unavailable after you order, we'll refund you in full. Every product is made to order — production typically takes 2–5 working days before shipping.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments. Prices on the site include any applicable VAT for UK customers; international customers may be liable for import duties on receipt, which we have no control over.

Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy for current timelines, zones and tracking. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.

Returns and refunds

See our Returns Policy. UK and EU customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, photography, copy and code on saltfold.com are the property of Merch Panda Ltd or our licensors. Copying or reselling our designs is not permitted.

Liability

Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
