Shipping & Delivery
Every Saltfold tee is made to order — printed when you buy it, then shipped from the production facility closest to you. This means slightly longer total time than off-the-shelf, but a smaller carbon footprint and zero unsold-stock waste.
Production time
Typically 2–5 working days from order to dispatch. Most orders ship within 3 days.
Delivery time after dispatch

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it doesn't arrive within the windows above, email support@saltfold.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
Import duties
For customers outside the UK / EU, your order may incur import duties or taxes on arrival in your country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our shipping charges — they vary too much by country and product to predict accurately.
Wrong address?
If you spot a typo in your shipping address after placing the order, email us straight away at support@saltfold.com. We can usually correct it before production starts — once it's shipped we can't change the destination.
