We want you to love what you order. If it's not right, here's how we make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us at support@saltfold.com within 30 days of receiving it. We'll arrange a refund or a replacement.

What we'll need

  • Your order number
  • A short note on what the problem is — sizing, print, condition, anything
  • If it's a quality issue, a photo helps us spot the cause and prevent it for the next person

How the refund works

Once your return is agreed, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the item back. For sizing issues we'll offer either a replacement in the correct size or a full refund — your choice.

Statutory rights

UK and EU customers have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. This policy is in addition to those rights.

Items we can't accept back

Items damaged through wear or washing outside the care instructions; items returned after 30 days without prior agreement; items received incorrectly addressed because of an error at checkout (we'll do our best, but can't guarantee).
