Saltfold ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of Merch Panda Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15263948, registered office Unit F, 83 Lynch Lane, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 9DN). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit saltfold.com.

What we collect

When you place an order or sign up to our email list, we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, payment information (handled securely by Shopify Payments — we never see your full card details), and order history. When you browse the site, our systems and analytics tools collect device information, IP address, pages visited and referring URL.

How we use it

To process and fulfil your orders, provide customer service, send order updates, and — where you've opted in — send marketing emails about new drops and conservation news. We also use anonymised analytics to understand which products and pages are useful, so we can make the site better.

Who we share it with

Our fulfilment partners (Printify and its print providers) receive the order details needed to make and ship your product. Our email platform (Klaviyo, once configured) receives your email and engagement data to send the emails you've subscribed to. Shopify (our store platform) hosts everything. We don't sell your data, ever.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@saltfold.com with the subject "Data Request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies that are essential to the site working (cart, checkout, login) and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings or any cookie banner on the site.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we'll post the new version here and update the date below. Continued use of the site after that means you've accepted the changes.
